Medical care at home is represented by a skilled nurse who provides all-around supervision and direct patient care to clients who are:
- Diagnosed with a chronic illness
- Recovering from injury at home
- Recuperating from a surgical operation or prior hospitalization
Skilled nursing is not only limited to performing basic skilled services. Our Registered Nurse fully coordinates with other care providers and with the client’s physician to take part in making important treatment direction based on the needs and preferences of the client. RNs also work with Home Health Aides to oversee the perpetuation of care and ensure they are carried out safely and appropriately.
